Our Story

We started in 2014 with a clear vision: to light spaces with smart, efficient and aesthetically pleasing solutions. From our original Tel‑Aviv workshop, through an expanded showroom on Kibbutz Galuyot Road and up to our modern logistics and manufacturing center in Holon, we have continued to produce, import and market innovative LED lighting. Our strong e‑commerce presence proved invaluable during the COVID‑19 lockdowns—and we have since returned to full power and continued to grow.

1 | Commitment to Satisfaction

LED Lighting strives to ensure you are pleased with both our products and our service.

2 | Collection from Warehouse

• Standard lead‑time: up to 14 business days

• Custom production / remote areas: up to 28 business days

• Pick‑up hours: Sun–Thu 10:00–17:00 (no pick‑up on Fridays)

• Delivery date is estimated; delays beyond our control are not considered late delivery

• Order storage: 60 days from date of purchase

3 | Delivery Service

• Cost: payable by customer, per courier‑company tariff & policy

• Transit time: up to 14 business days (unless agreed otherwise)

• Express delivery: up to 3 business days (extra fee)

• Customer responsibility: open package upon receipt and verify product integrity

• No change/cancel after dispatch; refusal to accept incurs return fee of ₪200 per standard parcel

• Remote areas (West Bank, far North/South): extended lead‑time & additional cost (subject to customer approval)

• Fixtures longer than 1.2 m / carrying upstairs: quoted separately

• Exceptional items: possible surcharge noted on product page

4 | Payments

• Cash / credit card / cheque (dispatch after clearance)

• Advance payment required to activate order

• Up to 3 instalments interest‑free; over 3 instalments – interest as per checkout page

• Title to goods remains with LED Lighting until full payment is received

5 | Returns & Cancellations

1. Condition: unused, in intact original packaging, value above ₪50

2. Exclusions: items made‑to‑order, cut, painted or customised for client

3. Period: up to 14 days from delivery

4. Cancellation fee: lower of 5 % of transaction or ₪100, less shipping cost; refund within 48 h

5. Display items: no return/exchange; 6‑month warranty only

6. Return location: company warehouse, by client or delegate

7. Free‑shipping orders returned: charged ₪70 per parcel

8. No returns: bulbs, electrical & electronic accessories after leaving store

9. Return form: client must complete a return/exchange form and attach invoice

6 | Repairs

• Client completes "Warranty Claim" form and delivers fixture to warehouse

• Out‑of‑warranty inspection/repair for a fee

• Company will request approval if repair exceeds ₪100

• Warehouse inspection is final regarding product condition

7 | Warranty

• Duration: 1 year from supply date

• Conditions: installation by licensed electrician and per instructions

• Electronics (bulbs, drivers, emergency modules, dimmers): 1‑year warranty

• No liability for damage caused by improper installation or use

• Warranty valid with invoice/purchase certificate & completed claim form

8 | Privacy

Customer details will not be shared with third parties.

9 | Order Cancellation by Company

LED Lighting may cancel an order in cases of stock shortage, pricing error, human error or unforeseen circumstances. No cancellation fee will apply in such cases.

Professional Information

Led life time

LED components has a life time of 35,000 to 50,000 hours of work (if you turn on the lights for 12 hours a day it is in the range of 8-11 years!), Compared to incandescent bulbs or LED bulbs coal did not stop working once but fading over time so there is plenty of time prepare to replace them.

Certainly, like any electronic device and its electrical life is affected by a multitude of parameters such as quality of electrical supply (ups and power surges) and certainly their working temperature (hot work environment will contribute to the life of the lighting fixtures)

Until recently, we had to settle for wasteful light bulbs to power an impressive decorative lighting but today there are an economical LED technology based on almost every shot and therefore no longer have to compromise and can be connected LED quality, cost-effective and still get high quality lighting and even powerful.

Power Supplies

Until recently, it was customary to use power supplies that provide alternating current (AC), but to use LED bulbs do need to connect them to a power supply direct current (DC).

Connecting a power supply alternating current (AC) LED significantly shorten their working time.

 The power calculation is done by a simple formula: Voltage * Current = Power if we chalked it differently then: Volt* Ampere = Watt

Led strips

LED strips come in rolls of 5 meters with double-sided adhesive and operated power supply depending on the length and type of line (power supply is not included in the price).
